ORDER
The Office of Attorney Ethics having filed with the Court a petition pursuant to Rule 1:20-3(g)(4) and Rule 1:20-11, seeking the immediate temporary suspension from the practice of law Matthew D. Rasmussen formerly of Freehold, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2012;
And Matthew D. Rasmussen having been disbarred, effective immediately, by order filed on June 7, 2023 (see D-52-22 IMO Matthew D. Rasmussen (087970);
It is ORDERED that the motion for temporary suspension is dismissed as moot.
