Appellant's brief was originally due on September 25, 2024. Appellant did not file a brief or a motion for extension of time by the due date. On October 2, 2024, we ordered appellant to file his brief on or before October 25, 2024.

On October 25, 2024, appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file his brief. In the motion, appellant states he is representing himself in this appeal and needs additional time to adequately prepare the arguments in this case.

Appellant's motion for extension of time is GRANTED. Appellant's brief is due on or before November 25, 2024. However, any additional requests for an extension of time to file appellant's brief will be disfavored.
