An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about April 12, 2016, And, an order of this Court having been entered on July 28, 2016 (M-2168), granting respondent-appellant poor person relief and assigning Randall Carmel, Esq., as counsel on the appeal, And, respondent-appellant having moved to withdraw his appeal and to relieve appellate counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming respondent-appellant's appeal withdrawn, and relieving Randall Carmel, Esq., as counsel on the appeal.
