MOTION DECISION

VALERIE BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., JOSEPH J. MALTESE, WILLIAM G. FORD, JANICE A. TAYLOR, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Victoria C. N. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 20, 2022. By order to show cause dated November 16, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from an order adjudicating in advance of trial the admissibility of evidence.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see Cotgreave v Public Adm'r of Imperial County, 91 A.D.2d 600), without costs or disbursements.

BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., MALTESE, FORD and TAYLOR, JJ., concur.
