ORDER
PER CURIAM
The Court received and filed the supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings as requested in its order issued November 21, 2023. The appeal is therefore REINSTATED.
The Public Defender was appointed as Appellant's counsel. According to the findings, the trial court found that the appellant no longer wishes to continue with the appeal. Therefore, counsel is directed to file a motion to dismiss in compliance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.2 with this Court on or before January 13, 2024.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
