ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM COMAL COUNTY

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On October 24, 2017, this Court issued an order granting relator's motion for emergency relief and staying proceedings in the trial court pending our consideration of the petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8, .10. Subsequently, relator has filed a motion requesting clarification of the meaning of our order. Relator points out that prior to filing the motion for emergency relief both relator and real party in interest requested a de novo hearing in the trial court on a separate matter, which the clerk of the trial court has declined to schedule pursuant to this Court's order. However, relator also tells us that the trial court's coordinator has set the trial for January 16, 2018.

To clarify, our order of October 24, 2017, was a stay of all proceedings in the trial court relating to this matter pending our consideration of the petition for writ of mandamus, and any deadlines associated with this matter will be tolled during this Court's consideration of the matter.

It is ordered on November 10, 2017. Before Justices Puryear, Field, and Bourland
