IN RE JOSE QUINTANILLA, Relator

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 507th District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2015-76308

ORDER

On June 16, 2016, relator Jose Quintanilla filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. Relator requests that this court compel the Honorable Alyssa Lemkuil, presiding judge of the 507th District Court, Harris County, Texas, to set aside her June 10, 2016 order granting real party in interest's motion to disqualify relator's attorney, Michael G. Busby, Jr., in the underlying divorce suit. Relator also filed a motion for temporary relief.

In the mandamus petition, relator cites the reporter's record of the de novo hearing, which took place on May 26, 2016, and indicates that the mandamus record contains the reporter's record of that hearing. Relator, however, has failed to include the reporter's record of the May 26, 2016 de novo hearing in the mandamus record. We, therefore, ORDER relator to supplement the mandamus record with the reporter's record of the May 26, 2016 hearing by June 27, 2016. See Tex. R. App. 52.7.

We further request that real party in interest file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus and the motion for temporary relief on or before July 1, 2016. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.4.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Busby, Donovan, and Wise.
