In the Interest of Q.C. and P.C., Children

On Appeal from the 231st District Court Tarrant County, Texas Trial Court No. 231-686108-20

Panel: Wallach, Bassel, and Walker, JJ.

ORDER

Per Curiam

We have considered Appellant's "Motion for Reconsideration and Reassessment of Indigency Determination."

Appellant filed her motion under cause number 02-24-00278-CV. However, her filing the motion under the wrong cause number is a "non-prejudicial . . . procedural defect," Mitschke v. Borromeo, 645 S.W.3d 251, 266 (Tex. 2022), and the motion is nevertheless timely and effective.

It is the opinion of the court that the motion for reconsideration should be and is hereby denied and that the order of June 20, 2024, stands unchanged.

We direct the clerk of this court to send a notice of this order to the appellant and the attorneys of record.
