In the Matter of the Hon. Robert J. Putorti, a Justice of the Whitehall Town Court and the Whitehall Village Court, Washington County.


On the Court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable Robert J. Putorti is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from the offices of Justice of Whitehall Town Court and Whitehall Village Court, Washington County, pursuant to New York Constitution, article VI, § 22 and Judiciary Law § 44 (8), pending review of a determination of the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Acting Chief Judge Cannataro and Judges Garcia, Wilson, Troutman and Acosta participating.

Judges Rivera and Singas took no part.
