IN RE LEIF JAMES PUTNAM, Relator

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS County Court at Law No. 2 Galveston County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 21-FD-1266

Panel consists of Justices Wise, Bourliot, and Zimmerer.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

On September 20, 2021, relator Leif James Putnam filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex.R.App.P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Kerri Foley, presiding judge of County Court at Law No. 2 in Galveston County, to proceed to trial in the underlying case.

Relator has not established that he is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
