ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 20-059, concluding that Michael A. Purvin of West New York, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1991, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.15(a) (failure to safeguard client funds and commingling of funds), RPC 1.15(d) and Rule 1:21-6 (recordkeeping violations), and RPC 8.4(c) (conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation);
And the Disciplinary Review Board having further concluded that respondent should provide proof of his fitness to practice law within sixty days after the filing date of the Court's Order and attend a recordkeeping class approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics within six months after the Court's Order;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Michael A. Purvin is hereby reprimanded; and it is further
ORDERED that Michael A. Purvin shall submit to the Office of Attorney Ethics within sixty days after the filing date of this Order proof of his fitness to practice law as attested to by a medical professional approved by that office; and it is further
ORDERED that Michael A. Purvin shall successfully complete a course on attorney recordkeeping approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics within six months after the filing date of this Order, and shall submit proof of his successful completion thereof to the Office of Attorney Ethics; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
