In Re Proposed Changes to Borders Between State Legislative Districts.


Original Proceeding Pursuant to § 2-2-507(2.5)(b), C.R.S.

ORDER

Upon consideration of the Secretary of State's (the "Secretary's") Petition to Adjust Borders Between State Legislative Districts, the Colorado Independent Legislative Redistricting Commission's Response thereto, the Secretary's Reply, and the parties' supplemental briefs in response to this Court's March 4, 2022 Order, and being sufficiently advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Secretary's Petition is GRANTED.

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the proposed adjustments to the state house and state senate district maps approved by this Court on November 15, 2021, which proposed adjustments were attached as Exhibits A through M, O through U, and X through JJJ to the Secretary's Petition and Exhibits N-2, V-2, and W-2 to the Secretary's Reply, are hereby APPROVED.
