In Re Proposed Changes to Borders Between Congressional Districts.


Original Proceeding Pursuant to §§ 2-1-106(3)(b), C.R.S.

ORDER

Upon consideration of the Secretary of State's (the "Secretary's") Petition to Adjust Borders Between Congressional Districts, the Colorado Independent Congressional Redistricting Commission's Response thereto, and the Secretary's Reply, and being sufficiently advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Secretary's Petition is GRANTED.

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the proposed adjustments to the Congressional district maps approved by this Court on November 1, 2021, which proposed adjustments were attached as Exhibits to the Secretary's Petition, are hereby APPROVED.
