IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF MILLARD E. PRICE FOR A WRIT OF MANDAMUS. No. 395, 2001 Supreme Court of Delaware. Submitted: September 5, 2001 Decided: September 21, 2001

ORDER

This 21st day of September 2001, it appears to the Court that the Clerk issued a notice to the petitioner, Millard E. Price, to show cause why this petition should not be dismissed for this Court's lack of jurisdiction to issue a writ of mandamus to the Department of Public Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles. Price was required to respond to the notice to show cause by September 4, 2001. Price did not respond.

Dismissal of the petition is deemed to be unopposed. Supr. Ct. R. 3(b)(2), 29(b).

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b)(2) and 29(b), that the petition is DISMISSED.
