ORDER


NOW, THIS 24th DAY OF MAY, 2005, having considered the Motion to Seal Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint and Accompanying Affidavits filed by Defendants Avery Dennison Corporation ("Avery Dennison"), UPM-Kymmene Oyj ("UPM"), Raflatac, Inc. ("Raflatac"), Morgan Adhesives Company ("MACtac"), and Bemis Company, Inc. ("Bemis"), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Court finds that Defendants' Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint and accompanying affidavits of Elise N. Milstein and Randall T. Kim contain Confidential or Highly Confidential material, and are therefore subject to a binding confidentiality agreement between the parties; and

2. Defendants' Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint and accompanying affidavits are hereby sealed pursuant to the Superceding Confidentiality Order entered by the Court on July 21, 2004
