Opinion

Case No. 11-07388

2013-09-23

In re PREMIER GOLF PROPERTIES, LP, Debtor.

WRITTEN DECISION - NOT FOR PUBLICATION

ORDER

Far East National Bank brought motions for relief from the automatic stay and to value its collateral. Extensive evidentiary proceedings were conducted and thereafter taken under submission. In addition, the debtor filed a motion seeking nunc pro tunc approval of employment of Lee Perry Vance.

Recently, counsel for debtor appeared before the Court in this case on a matter unrelated to the above matters. Counsel advised the Court, on the record, that an agreement in principle had been reached between debtor and Far East National Bank.

Based on the foregoing, the Court will cease its efforts to resolve the matters under submission pending the parties' opportunity to document any such agreement. Accordingly, these matters will no longer be under submission. If the parties are unable to memorialize any such agreement, they may so notify the Court, after which these matters will again be under submission

IT IS SO ORDERED.
