Opinion

In re: PREMIER GOLF PROPERTIES, LP, Debtor. No. 11-07388-PB11. United States Bankruptcy Court, S.D. California. March 9, 2012.

         NOT FOR PUBLICATION

ORDER ON MOTION FOR NUNC PRO TUNC COMPENSATION OF PREMIER GOLF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

          PETER W. BOWIE, Chief Judge.

The Court has previously authorized interim compensation to Premier Golf Property Management, at an amount less than requested. Since taking under submission the balance of management's request, the Court has reviewed the interim operating reports, and is concerned about the level of funds generated by operation of this estate, as well as the high rate of administrative expenses being generated. Given that Premier Golf Property Management, as well as its principal, are insiders of this debtor, the Court has determined that at the present time award of additional fees is not in the best interests of this estate. Accordingly, the remaining portion of the request is denied at the present time, without prejudice to a future application as the feasibility of funding it becomes more clear.

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
