IN RE PRAETORIAN INSURANCE CO., Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

Panel consists of Justices Goodman, Countiss, and Farris.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relator, Praetorian Insurance Co., filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's order compelling production of documents. The parties subsequently moved to dismiss this original proceeding as moot because the parties resolved the underlying case. We grant the motion and dismiss the original proceeding as moot. Any other pending motions are dismissed as moot.

The underlying case is Amber Watkins v. Praetorian Insurance Co., Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., and Camille Brown, cause number 2020-44043, pending in the 157th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Tanya Garrison presiding.

The parties further request that any in camera material transferred from the district court to this Court be returned to relator. Our record does not reflect that any in camera documents were filed in this Court.
