ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF MANDAMUS CAUSE NO. C-1-W012366-0955468-D IN THE CRIMINAL DISTRICT COURT # 1 FROM TARRANT COUNTY

ORDER

Per curiam.

Relator has filed a motion for leave to file an application for a writ of mandamus under this Court's original jurisdiction. He contends that he filed an application for a writ of habeas corpus in the county of conviction and has not received a copy of the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law that were filed in his case from the district clerk.

Under Rule 73.4 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, "When any pleadings, objections, motions, affidavits, exhibits, proposed or entered findings of fact and conclusions of law, or other orders are filed or made a part of the record, the district clerk shall immediately send a copy to all parties in the case."

If the district clerk has not already sent a copy of the document in question to Relator, the clerk shall immediately send a copy to Relator. The district clerk shall notify this Court of the date upon which the document was sent to Relator. The motion for leave to file will be held. The district clerk shall comply with this order within fourteen days from the date of this order.
