ORDER APPROVING FORM OF NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT OF CASE AND SERVICE OF SAME (Notice by Mail)
Upon consideration of the motion (the "Motion"), of the above-captioned debtor and debtor in possession (the "Debtor") for entry of an order, pursuant to section 105(a) of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"), approving the form of notice of Commencement of the Case (the "Notice"); and after considering any responses filed thereto; and following any hearing held thereon; and it appearing that providing Notice by the debtor as proposed in the Motion is in the best interests of the Debtor, its estate and creditors; and due and adequate notice of the Motion having been provided; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor; it is this 18th days of March, 2002, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland,
ORDERED, that the Motion he and the same is hereby GRANTED; and it is further
ORDERED, that capitalized terms shall have the meaning accorded them in the accompanying Motion; and it is further
ORDERED, that the form of Notice, substantially in the form of the text attached at Exhibit 1 to the Motion, be and the same is hereby APPROVED for service by the Debtor by first class mail on the Limited Service List; and it is further
ORDERED, that said Notice is sufficient to provide the Debtor's known creditors with the notice of the Debtor's chapter 11 filing; and it is further
ORDERED, that said Notice and this Order is without prejudice to the Debtor's ability to argue that sufficient notice of the commencement of the case has otherwise been given by other means to parties in interest.
