ORDER DENYING FIREMAN FUND INSURANCE COMPANY'S MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY


Upon consideration of the Fireman Fund Insurance Company's Motion for Relief from Stay (the "Motion") filed by Fireman Fund Insurance Company, and the responses filed thereto, and the evidence and the arguments presented in open court at a hearing on May 21, 2002, the relief requested appearing inappropriate under the circumstances at this time and for the reasons stated by the Court on the record, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED without prejudice.
