ORDER

Order Per Curiam
Relator The Port of Corpus Christi, L.P. filed a petition for writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief in the above cause on March 18, 2019. By order issued earlier today, this Court granted temporary relief and requested that the real parties in interest, The Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas and Sean Strawbridge, CEO, or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus.
Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas and Sean Strawbridge, in his official capacity as Chief Executive Officer, have now filed a response to the motion for temporary relief and an emergency motion to reconsider our order granting temporary relief.
We deny the emergency motion to reconsider our order granting temporary relief. While we appreciate the exigencies presented by the circumstances, the gravity and complexity of the legal issues raised in this proceeding necessitate full briefing by the parties and require careful consideration by the Court. We will act promptly once the matters raised here have been properly submitted.
