DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Police Benevolent Association of the City of New York, Inc., Patrick J. Lynch, Daniel Murro, Cory Pilzer, Christian Pinez, Zaneta Bojarska, Tiana Gugliamo, Thomas Leonardo, Michael Gagliano, Daniel Orleans, and Matt Nalwasky, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated October 27, 2021, and to stay enforcement of the "Vaccine Mandate" concerning the members of the subject Police Benevolent Association, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
