IN THE INTEREST OF P.M.M., a child
From the 166th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2021-CI-21699 Honorable Walden Shelton, Judge Presiding.
ORDER
Irene Rios, Justice.
On February 7, 2024, we issued an opinion and order affirming the trial court's order concluding that appellant J.E.M. can afford to pay costs of court. In our order, we directed court reporters Katelyn Laird and Idalia Ramirez to file either their volumes of the reporter's record or a notification of late record by March 11, 2024.
Ms. Ramirez has not responded to our order. We therefore ORDER her to file, by April 5, 2024, either: (1) her volumes of the record; (2) a notification of late record; or (3) a written statement that she did not take any records in this case.
On March 14, 2024, Ms. Laird filed a notification of late record stating that her volumes of the record have not been filed because appellant has not paid or made arrangements to pay her fee for preparing the record. We ORDER appellant to provide written proof to this court that he has paid or made arrangements to pay Ms. Laird's fee to prepare the record by April 5, 2024. If appellant fails to respond within the time provided, the court will consider only those issues or points raised in appellant's brief that do not require Ms. Laird's volumes of the reporter's record for a decision. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 26th day of March, 2024.
