IN THE INTEREST OF P.M.M., a child

From the 166th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2021-CI-21699 Honorable Walden Shelton, Judge Presiding

ORDER

IRENE RIOS, JUSTICE

On February 7, 2024, we issued an opinion and order affirming the trial court's order concluding that appellant J.E.M. can afford to pay costs of court. In our order, we noted, "Appellant's appeal of the final judgment in the underlying suit affecting the parent-child relationship remains pending in this cause."

The reporter's record is now due in appellant's appeal from the SAPCR judgment. We therefore ORDER court reporters Katelyn Laird and Idalia Ramirez to file either their volumes of the reporter's record or a notification of late record by March 11, 2024.

On September 22, 2023, appellant filed a docketing statement in this court that identified Ms. Laird and Ms. Ramirez as the court reporters who recorded the proceedings that led to the SAPCR judgment.
