ORDER

By letter dated March 24, 2016 counsel for appellee notified the Court that appellant's brief and attached appendix include the complete name and birthdate of P.M.K., a minor child. Under rule 9.9 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, documents "containing sensitive data may not be filed with a court unless the sensitive data is redacted . . . ." TEX. R. APP. P. 9.9. Rule 9.9(a) defines "sensitive data" to include the "birth date, home address, and the name of any person who was a minor when the underlying suit was filed." Id. Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief and attached appendix and ORDER appellant to properly redact the brief and appendix and refile properly redacted versions of the brief and appendix within five (5) days of the date of this order.
