ORDER
The clerk's record in this appeal has been filed, but the reporter's record is overdue. Although appellant has been informed of the cost of the reporter's record and has been given additional time to pay or make arrangements to pay for the record, he has failed to do so. He has also failed to file any documentation showing he is entitled to proceed without prepayment of costs. Accordingly, as we cautioned in our January 13, 2016 letter, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c). We further ORDER appellant to file his brief no later than February 26, 2016. See id. 38.6(a).
