Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Kenneth Pitts, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus challenging orders requiring relator to submit to a physical examination.See TEX. R. CIV. P. 204.

The underlying case is Kenneth Pitts v. Charles Alton Lacy, Jr., cause no. 15-CV-0679, in the 212th District Court of Galveston County, the Honorable Patricia Grady presiding. --------

We deny the petition and dismiss as moot relator's motion to stay the order compelling the physical examination.
