In the Matter of Bruce M. Pitman, An Attorney At Law (Attorney No. 269121971)
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 20-090, concluding that Bruce M. Pitman of Roseland, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1971, should be censured for violating RPC 1.15(a)(failure to safeguard funds), RPC 1.15(b)(failure to promptly notify clients or third parties of receipt of funds in which they have an interest), and RPC 8.4(c)(conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation);
And the Court having ordered respondent to show cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined;
And the Court having concluded from review of the matter that the charges of unethical conduct by respondent have not been proved by clear and convincing evidence;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the formal ethics complaint filed against Bruce M. Pitman (Docket No. XIV-2015-0268E) is hereby dismissed.
