IN THE MATTER OF JOAN OTHELIA PINNOCK, AN ATTORNEY AT LAW (ATTORNEY NO. 010881997)
ORDER
The Office of Attorney Ethics having filed with the Court a petition pursuant to Rule 1:21-6(j) and Rule 1:20-20(b)(5), seeking an order restraining Joan Othelia Pinnock from disbursing any funds held in NVE Bank or in any other financial institution relating to her law practice and ordering NVE Bank to transfer all funds presently existing in respondent’s attorney trust account (ending 0215) to the New Jersey Superior Court Trust Fund;
And respondent’s counsel having informed the Court that respondent has no objection to the petition;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that all funds held in NVE Bank or in any other financial institution relating to Joan Othelia Pinnock’s law practice shall be restrained from disbursement, except upon application to this Court for good cause shown; and it is further
ORDERED that NVE Bank shall transfer all funds currently existing or hereinafter deposited in Joan Othelia Pinnock’s attorney trust account to the New Jersey Superior Court Trust Fund.
