DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Alvin Pinder from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 19, 2021, and July 20, 2021, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated September 3, 2021, which granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the order dated July 20, 2021, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are also granted as to the appeal from the order dated July 19, 2021; and it is further, ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
