An order having been entered on April 5, 2021, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Philip Rothschild, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on May 17, 2021, assigning Sharon O'Hanlon, as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Sharon O'Hanlon, Esq., dated May 21, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that Eileen Perry, Esq., 81 Two Ponds Road, Falmouth, Massachusetts 02540, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered September 24, 2020, in place and stead of Sharon O'Hanlon, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Eileen Perry, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
