STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING CUSTODY OF EXHIBITS AND DEPOSITIONS


THIS MATTER comes before the Court sua sponte. The Court, having reviewed the file and being advises in the premises, does

ORDER, AND IT IS SO STIPULATED, that upon the conclusion of the trial or hearing herein, counsel for the parties shall retain custody of their respective exhibits and depositions until such time as all need for the exhibits and depositions has terminated and the time to appeal has expired, or all appellate proceedings have been terminated, plus 60 days. In the event an appeal is filed in this matter, counsel shall return their respective exhibits in the same form and manner as the exhibits were tendered and used at trial to enable the clerk to comply with the requirements of Local Bankruptcy Rule 806(b).
