AGREED ORDER RESOLVING CLAIMS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR


Upon the agreement by and between Hillsborough County Tax Collector ("Claimant") and Phoenix Restaurant Group, Inc. ("PRG") and its jointly-administered subsidiaries, debtors and debtors-in-possession in the above-captioned chapter 11 cases (collectively, the "Debtors"), concerning certain claims filed by the Claimants against the Debtors' estates (the "Tax Claims");

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED

1. Claim Number 2467, filed by the Claimant as a secured claim in the amount of $2,415.76, shall be disallowed in its entirety,

2. Claim Number 2469, filed by the Claimant as a secured claim in the amount of $3, 218.15, shall be disallowed in its entirety.
