ORDER DENYING MOTION TO REQUIRE DEFENDANT TO SHOW CAUSE WHY IT SHOULD NOT BE HELD IN CONTEMPT OF COURT

This cause came to be heard on November 12, and November 13, 2001, on Plaintiffs' Motion to Require Defendant to Show Cause Why It Should Not Be Held in Contempt of Court (the "Motion") before the Honorable Keith M. Lundin, United States Bankruptcy Judge. After reviewing the pleadings filed in this adversary proceeding, the pertinent orders entered in these cases, and the entire record, and after hearing argument of counsel, the Court concluded that the Plaintiffs were not entitled to the relief sought at that time for the reasons stated on the record by the Court, which are herein incorporated by reference.

It is accordingly ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED.
