395 CORRECTED ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 22-026 and DRB 22-050, recommending that Stephen R. Philpitt of Jamesburg, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1972, be transferred to disability-inactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20-12 because Stephen R. Philpitt lacks the capacity to engage in the practice of law;
396And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Stephen R. Philpitt is hereby transferred to disabilityinactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20-12, effective immediately, and until further Order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that Stephen R. Philpitt is hereby restrained from practicing law during the period that Stephen R. Philpitt remains on disability-inactive status; and it is further
ORDERED that Stephen R. Philpitt comply with Rule 1:20-20 governing incapacitated attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that all funds, if any, currently existing or hereinafter deposited in any attorney trust account or attorney business account in any New Jersey financial institution maintained by Stephen R. Philpitt pursuant to Rule 1:21-6 shall be transferred by the financial institution to the Clerk of the Superior Court, who shall deposit said funds into the Superior Court Trust Fund, where they shall remain restrained from disbursement pending the further Order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that Stephen R. Philpitt shall not return to active status unless and until Stephen R. Philpitt demonstrates that Stephen R. Philpitt has regained the capacity to practice law; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of the file of Stephen R. Philpitt as an attorney at law of this State.
