ORDER This matter having been duly presented on the motion of Genia C. Philip , formerly of Irvington , who was disbarred by order of the Court filed on February 3, 2021, seeking a stay of the Court's consideration of respondent's pending motion for reconsideration of the Court's December 8, 2021 order denying respondent's motion for leave to file a notice of petition for review and petition for review as within time;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the stay motion is denied.
