ORIGINAL PROCEEDING
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company filed an original mandamus proceeding complaining of the trial court's April 10, 2017 order denying Philadelphia's motion to transfer venue. On May 24, 2017, this Court conditionally granted Philadelphia's petition and directed Respondent to vacate the order of April 10, 2017, and issue an order granting Philadelphia's motion to transfer venue to Brooks County, Texas. By an order signed on May 30, 2017, Respondent has complied with this Court's opinion and order, rendering this proceeding moot. Accordingly, we dismiss Philadelphia's petition for writ of mandamus as moot. Opinion delivered June 7, 2017.
