ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL OF RECORD


This document relates to: Luna, et al. v. American Home Products Corp., et al., No. C02-0535

The court received a motion, filed by and on behalf of Levin Hoffmann, LLP and Franklin D. Azar Associates, LLP, requesting the right to withdraw as counsel of record in the representation of Ismael and Blanca Luna in the above referenced MDL matter. Having reviewed the motion and supporting papers the court hereby orders that:

1. Levin Hoffmann, LLP and Franklin D. Azar Associates, LLP are hereby relieved of and from any further obligation to represent the interests of the plaintiffs in this action and shall no longer be plaintiffs' counsel of record in this action;
2. The last known address and telephone numbers of the plaintiffs is 7205 Lynridge Road, San Diego, California 92120, 619-583-2071, and that all parties are ordered to serve the plaintiffs with all documents for which service is required at the aforementioned address;
3. Levin Hoffmann, LLP, shall immediately serve a copy of this order on the plaintiffs at the aforementioned address; and
4. The court hereby advises plaintiffs, Ismael and Blanca Luna, that the failure on their part to take appropriate action to represent themselves in this action may result in serious legal consequences, and further advises them to seek the assistance of legal counsel.
