ORDER GRANTING NOVARTIS' MOTION FOR ENTRY ON DOCKET OF DISMISSAL ORDER FROM ORIGINAL MULTI-PLAINTIFF CASE

Novartis Corporation, Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (collectively the "Novartis defendants") filed a motion to have this Court's prior order of dismissal with prejudice of the Novartis defendants as to the claims of each of the above-referenced plaintiffs entered on the docket of each plaintiff's individual case. The prior dismissal order, originally entered on August 23, 2003, and subsequently amended on August 28, 2003, was entered with respect to the multi-plaintiff case, Virginia Madison, et al. v.
