DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Katherine Lenore Petty, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 15, 2021, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Katherine Lenore Curington.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Acting Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Katherine Lenore Petty to Katherine Lenore Curington, effective immediately.
