ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleieher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. The appellate jurisdiction of this Court is entirely statutory. Walsh v Taylor, 263 Mich.App. 618, 622; 689 N.W.2d 506 (2004). Thus, MCL 168.952(6) does not allow for a direct appeal to this Court where it only authorizes an appeal "to the circuit court in the county." Further, MCR 7.203(A)(2) only provides for an appeal of right to this Court where "established by law or court rule," which MCL 168.95 2(6) does not do.
