ORDER
Natalie E. Hudson Associate Justice
On March 1, 2016, we suspended respondent Alan F. Pendleton from the practice of law for a minimum of 90 days. In re Pendleton, 876 N.W.2d 296, 296 (Minn. 2016) (order). We conditionally reinstated respondent on June 8, 2016, subject to the requirement that respondent file proof of his successful completion of the written examination required for admission to the practice of law by the State Board of Law Examiners on the subject of professional responsibility by March 1, 2017. In re Pendleton, 880 N.W.2d 362, 362 (Minn. 2016) (order). The Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) is the required professional-responsibility examination. See Rule 4.A. (5), Rules for Admission to the Bar.
Respondent did not file proof of successful completion of the MPRE by March 1, 2017. We revoked respondent's conditional reinstatement, effective March 20, 2017. In re Pendleton, No. A15-1996, Order at 3 (Minn. filed Mar. 10, 2017). Pendleton has now filed proof that he has successfully completed the MPRE. The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility does not oppose Pendleton's request to be reinstated.
Based upon all the files, records, and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that respondent Alan F. Pendleton is reinstated to the practice of law in the State of Minnesota.
