Appeal and Error.
Where notice of appeal to the Supreme Court was served by appellant on December 19, 1939, and thereafter no brief was filed and no further steps or proceedings were taken in prosecution of the appeal, the appeal was deemed to be abandoned and the order appealed from was affirmed.
Appeal from Circuit Court, Yankton County; Hon. C.C. Puckett, Judge.
Proceeding in the matter of the estate of Amund Peterson, deceased, wherein there was a controversy between the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as receiver of the First National Bank of Centerville, Centerville, S. Dak., and Ida Peterson and others. From an order, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as receiver, appeals.
Order affirmed.

On the 19th day of December, 1939, notice of appeal to the Supreme Court was served by the appellant in this action. Since that time no brief has been filed, and no further steps or proceedings have been taken in prosecution of the appeal.
The appeal is deemed to be abandoned, and the order appealed from is affirmed.
