Petitioner's November 18, 2022, “Application to File Under Seal” his unredacted petition and accompanying exhibits is denied. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.47(b)(2)(A).) Petitioner must notify the Clerk of this court within 10 days if the petition and its exhibits (lodged conditionally under seal on November 18, 2022) should be filed unsealed as part of the public record. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.46(d)(7).)
