AMENDMENT ORDER
AND NOW, this 18th day of January, 2013, the Court's opinion and order in the above matter, filed May 3, 2012, is amended to reflect the following corrections:
Page 109, second paragraph, third sentence should read as follows:
The letter also stated that "only about five percent of the business originally issued on the affected forms remains in force."
Page 142, footnote 56, first sentence of quote should read as follows:
Florida, which has the most significant impact on Penn Treaty NetworkofAmerica has several statutes - excuse me, one statute which contains several restrictive provisions.
In all other respects, the opinion and order shall remain in effect.
