ORDER APPROVING THIRD AND FINAL APPLICATION FOR ALLOWANCE OF COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES OF BAKER, DONELSON, BEARMAN, CALDWELL BERKOWITZ, CO-COUNSEL FOR THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS


It appearing to the Court that Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell Berkowitz, ("Baker Donelson"), co-counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors ("Committee"), has filed its Third and Final Application for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses ("Application") under 11 U.S.C. § 330 and 331 for legal services rendered by Baker Donelson on behalf of the Committee; and it further appearing that notice was appropriately given pursuant to LBR 2016-1 and 9013-1; and it also appearing that no objections were filed to the Application; it is therefore ORDERED that the Application is approved, and fees in the amount of $188,302.50 and expense reimbursement in the amount of $6,084.44 are hereby allowed, for total allowed compensation of $194,386.94. The Debtors are authorized to pay such amount to Baker Donelson. It is further ordered that the interim compensation awards to Baker Donelson are approved on a final basis as requested in the Application.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
