ORDER GRANTING THIRD AND FINAL APPLICATION OF BUCHANAN INGERSOLL, P.C., COUNSEL FOR DEBTOR, FOR ALLOWANCE OF COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES


This matter is before the Court upon the Third and Final Application of Buchanan Ingersoll, P.C. ("BI") for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses filed December 4, 2003 and the Notice thereof dated December 4, 2003. It appearing to the Court that notice was given pursuant to this Court's local rules and there being no objections or responses filed,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Buchanan Ingersoll, P.C. shall be allowed on a final basis from the bankruptcy estate in connection with their services as counsel for Debtors fees in the amount of $779,208.50 and reimbursement of expenses in the amount of $91,160.12 for total compensation of $870,368.62 of which amount, Debtors are authorized to pay any amounts not previously paid pursuant to the interim fee payment procedures approved and utilized in this case.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all prior interim compensation awards to BI are approved on a final basis as requested in the Application.

IT IS SO ORDERED
