Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Jason Tyrone Pegues, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus requesting that our Court compel the trial court to rule on his pro se motions in the underlying case. We deny the petition.

The underlying case is The State of Texas v. Jason Tyrone Pegues, cause number 94-DCR-026185, pending in the 434th District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas, the Honorable James H. Shoemake presiding.
