By order entered October 24, 2023 in People of MI v Kolbie Dustin McGinn, Docket No. 365484, Court Reporter Shana A. Payne (CER 8652) was ordered to pay assessed costs of $250 as a sanction for failing to file transcripts by October 18, 2023 as ordered by this Court on September 6, 2023. The October 24, 2023 order further required Payne to file the notice of filing for the overdue transcripts in Docket No. 365484 by October 30, 2023, or personally appear in the Court of Appeals Grand Rapids courtroom on November 9, 2023 to explain why the transcripts were not filed and why she should not be held in contempt of this Court and subject to further sanctions. The November 9, 2023 date was subsequently adjourned to November 20, 2023. The November 7, 2023 order further required Payne to file the notice of filing for the overdue transcripts in Docket No. 366730 by November 15, 2023, or personally appear in the Court of Appeals Grand Rapids courtroom on November 20, 2023 to explain why the transcripts were not filed by that date and to further explain why she should not be held in contempt of this Court and subject to further sanctions. Court Reporter Shana A. Payne (CER 8652) failed to file the notice of filing transcripts with this Court by November 15, 2023. Therefore, THE COURT FINDS COURT REPORTER SHANA A.
